Initial Setup
Complete the workspace setup checklist to get CRM Factory ready for your team.
After creating your CRM Factory workspace, navigate to Settings → Setup to see the onboarding checklist. The progress bar tracks how many steps you've completed.
Setup Checklist

Organization Basics
Go to Settings → General to configure:
- Timezone — Used for SLA calculations, activity timestamps, and report scheduling. Options include US, European, Asian, and Australian time zones.
- Default Currency — Applied to new opportunities and products. Supported: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY.
- Branding — Upload your company logo (PNG or SVG, max 2 MB, recommended 240×64px).
Salesforce Migration
If you're migrating from Salesforce, CRM Factory provides a dedicated migration wizard at Settings → Integrations → Salesforce. The wizard:
- Connects to your Salesforce org
- Analyzes your data model and custom fields
- Maps fields to CRM Factory's schema
- Imports records in bulk (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases)
