Initial Setup

Complete the workspace setup checklist to get CRM Factory ready for your team.

After creating your CRM Factory workspace, navigate to Settings → Setup to see the onboarding checklist. The progress bar tracks how many steps you've completed.

Organization Basics

Go to Settings → General to configure:

  • Timezone — Used for SLA calculations, activity timestamps, and report scheduling. Options include US, European, Asian, and Australian time zones.
  • Default Currency — Applied to new opportunities and products. Supported: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY.
  • Branding — Upload your company logo (PNG or SVG, max 2 MB, recommended 240×64px).

Salesforce Migration

If you're migrating from Salesforce, CRM Factory provides a dedicated migration wizard at Settings → Integrations → Salesforce. The wizard:

  1. Connects to your Salesforce org
  2. Analyzes your data model and custom fields
  3. Maps fields to CRM Factory's schema
  4. Imports records in bulk (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases)
