Team Management

Invite users, assign roles, and manage team permissions.

Manage your team from Settings → Team. The header shows a breakdown of your team by role.

Inviting Users

  1. Click Invite User
  2. Enter the user's email and optionally their name
  3. Select a role: Admin, Manager, or Rep
  4. Click Send invite

The user receives an invitation email and can sign in with Google, Microsoft, or magic link.

Managing Members

The members table shows each user's name, email, role, status, and available actions. Admins can change roles or remove team members.

Record Ownership

When a user is assigned as the owner of a record (account, contact, opportunity, lead, or case), that record appears in their personal views and dashboards. Ownership can be changed by editing the record or through automation rules.
